I am recruiting an experienced Business Analyst with knowledge of global payroll solutions to support a major global workforce technology programme. The role is fully remote within the UK and pays up to £90,000. In your new role you will lead requirements gathering across global payroll, billing and workforce systems, helping design new processes and implement a Target Operating Model across a complex, fast-moving environment. You will work closely with business and technical teams to create process maps, user stories, system requirements, data flows and testing documentation.
