This is a great new permanent vacancy for an experienced Software Developer, with strong Java experience, to work on a hybrid basis for an Ipswich based software house.
In your new position you will work within a collaborative, cross functional team to design, develop and support their mature software products. This will see you mentoring junior developers, modernising code / deployment processes and contributing towards technical decisions.
To be successful you will likely have:
- 4-8 years developing web or client-server applications.
- Strong experience with:
- Java (8+) and Spring framework
- Relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
- Git version control
- Object-oriented programming
- Experience supporting production systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tooling
