I am working with a well-established organisation operating across multiple markets that is investing heavily in the next stage of its technology estate. As part of this programme, they are looking to appoint a Technical Delivery Manager to take ownership of a complex delivery landscape spanning Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and a bespoke digital portal. This is a senior, hands-on delivery role for someone who is comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once. You will bring structure, pace and control to a programme involving CRM, software development, integrations, data migration and business change, while working closely with Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders. You will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery plan, coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, oversee Agile delivery and make sure both the technology and the wider business are ready for each release.
