- Collaborate with product and development teams to design and test payroll features, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and user-friendliness.
- Review process flows to identify and implement automation opportunities in payroll and pension operations.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma, Notion AI) for research, legislative tracking, documentation, and summarization.
- Prepare and review test cases, regression scenarios, and payroll validation reports before releases.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure payroll dashboards and workflows are intuitive and aligned with user needs.
- Deliver product walkthroughs, client demos, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions on payroll updates and functionalities.
- Stay updated with HMRC, TPR, and pension provider changes to ensure complete compliance.
- Document business requirements, user stories, and feature logic for ongoing payroll enhancements.
