Workplace Ambassador

We are looking for a Workplace Ambassador to join our Rapport team in Canary Wharf , supporting an innovative professional services environment where people come together to collaborate, create and problem-solve. This role is all about presence, confidence and care. You will be the welcoming face of the Tech Centre , keeping the space running smoothly and ensuring everyone who walks through the door feels supported and valued.

Although you will be part of a wider team, you will share the responsibilities on the floor with another Ambassador, taking ownership of ownership of daily operations, assisting with meetings and events, and coordinating with other service partners to maintain excellent standards. This is a role for someone who notices the details, enjoys building genuine relationships and thrives in a space where every day brings something new.

The successful candidate will hold the job title of Ignition Concierge.

Type of contract : Full-time, Permanent

Hours : 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 5 : 30 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Ideal start date : 8th December 2025
