We are on the lookout for a Receptionist and Hospitality Assistant to join our amazing Rapport team, predominantly based near Monument and Liverpool Street stations. You will be working within a prestigious law firm, where guest services are more than just a smile - they are essential to the experience. You will be the face of the company, making sure every guest and partner feels welcomed, valued and looked after with outstanding care, every time.
This is a role for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a warm approach to every interaction. You will be part of a supportive team of 2, where collaboration is second nature, laughter is part of the daily soundtrack, and everyone's encouraged to bring their best self to work. Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 9 PM)
