We are looking for a Welcome Host to join Rapport who can bring energy, warmth, and exceptional service to every interaction. As the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors, you will create memorable experiences through friendly face-to-face engagement, proactive communication, and a genuine passion for customer service. Your role is essential; you will set the tone for the entire workplace from the moment someone walks through the door.
As a Welcome Host, you will take ownership of your area, anticipating needs before they arise and ensuring every touchpoint is seamless, consistent, and delivered with care. You will be knowledgeable, courteous, and confident in providing support, helping visitors and colleagues feel informed, supported, and truly welcomed. Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday - Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM – 7 PM with some flexibility as per business needs)

Main responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional workplace experience for every colleague and visitor, creating memorable moments through thoughtful, high-quality service.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure visitors are welcomed promptly, helping each guest feel comfortable, valued, and well-supported from the moment they arrive.
- Handle general phone enquiries with professionalism, answering questions, providing guidance, and directing calls where needed.
- Actively listen and use insights to understand the needs of colleagues and clients, confidently escalating feedback to help enhance and evolve our services.
- Prepare meeting rooms to a high standard, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, fully functional, and coordinating with other teams to address any issues quickly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will

- Ideally 1 year's experience within a similar position.

- Exceptionally organised, with great attention to detail and effective time-management.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Planner, Power Apps, and Outlook.
- A customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.
