We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport Team, based in the Farrindon! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our multi-tenanted office building, welcoming tenants and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Your role is vital in creating a positive, lasting impression while delivering exceptional service in line with our policies and standards.

Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 45 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)
This is a maternity cover role, however we are offering a permanent, full-time contract (45 hours per week). At the end of the maternity cover period, you will be re-deployed to an alternative site within the Rapport Network Team (subject to T&C).
Salary: £35,705 per annum

Main responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of service and care to all tenants and visitors, consistently following service level agreements, policies, and procedures.
- Provide an exceptional welcome experience, ensuring every guest is acknowledged promptly and professionally in line with brand standards.
- Maintain strong awareness of all building facilities to confidently guide and assist guests as needed.
- Handle enquiries and requests whether in person, by phone, or via email, in a proactive, timely, and professional manner.
- Provide support to the Building Manager as required.
- Communicate any new, ongoing, or potential issues or complaints to the Assistant Guest Services Manager and Guest Services Manager to ensure swift and appropriate resolution.
