We are seeking an energetic and professional Hospitality Assistant to join our dynamic Rapport team of 3. This role supports all client-facing and internal hospitality needs, including event and meeting catering, kitchen and supply management, and coordination of internal breakfasts and lunches. The successful candidate will help set up event and meeting spaces, work with external contractors, manage consumables such as milk and fruit orders.
We are looking for someone proactive, hands-on, and attentive to detail, who delivers consistently high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Type of contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 32 per week (Monday-Thursday, however, flexible on Fridays on a rare occasion for events. On a shift rota basis with regular shifts of 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM, however, flexibility is required between 7 AM - 8 PM for events)
