We are looking for an experienced Guest Service Host to join our outstanding Rapport team in central London. Our client is a rapidly growing, globally recognised American banking and financial services organisation. This role offers an exciting chance to support a major global-alignment project while delivering an exceptional, hotel-inspired service experience to all key stakeholders.
You will be joining a collaborative EMEA team of 24 and continuing to expand. Despite being spread across the region, the team works closely together and is eager to welcome a new member. In this role, you will be a vital presence on-site, fostering a positive, engaged workplace community, supporting employee satisfaction, and addressing any day-to-day challenges that arise.
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, on a shift rota basis between 8 AM - 5:30 PM)
