We are looking for a Guest Services Ambassador to join our vibrant team of 18 Rapport Ambassadors, based at our client's offices near Southwark and London Bridge. Our client is an American global media, marketing and corporate communications holding company, and you will be at the heart of creating a warm, professional and seamless experience for everyone who walks through the door.
From delivering first-class reception services and managing reservations to supporting building operations and events, you will play a key role in bringing our client's workplace to life. While you will have a primary base, you will also have the opportunity to rotate across different areas, ensuring variety and scope to develop your skills.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 6 PM, with flexibility of hours to ensure coverage of high-level events support as required by the business)
