We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our team at one of Rapport's most prestigious contracts in London. This job requires travelling to cover sites in Bristol, Nottingham, Cardiff, Watford and Reading at short notice sometimes, although usually is well planned in advance. The person joining the team needs to be willing to adapt to changes and embrace the travel opportunities.
The client is one of the Big Four leading audit and accounting firms, and you will play a crucial role in delivering award-winning service to our clients and their guests, offering a one-stop-shop service from reservation through to client journey experience.
The successful candidate will hold the job title of Client Support Services Ambassador.
- Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
- Hours: 35 per week (Shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM. Hours can vary depending on business needs)
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Travel: Accommodation and dinner are provided if required to work outside the main site.
