Barnes Lodge is a bright and modern 101-bed, dual-registered care home located on the outskirts of Tonbridge in Kent. The service is currently recruiting for an NMC-registered Care & Clinical Lead who will work with the Clinical Lead and General Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and nursing services to residents.
The role involves maintaining the highest standards of person-centered care tailored to individual needs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements, group policies, and procedures within operational and financial parameters. The successful candidate will be crucial in providing a homely and safe environment that respects residents' dignity, wellbeing, and principles of person-centered care.
