Rapport is recruiting Corporate Mobile Receptionists who are passionate about delivering great service to our clients and their visitors. The Corporate Mobile Receptionist position is a unique role that requires flexibility in terms of travel across London to support our other teams. Type of contract: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Various locations throughout London and the M25 (including the West End, the City, Canary Wharf, and Greater London)
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM - 9PM)
Holiday allowance: 20 days + bank holidays
Salary: £32,960 per annum

Main Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all clients and customers arriving to the building.
- Meet, greet, and assist with all queries and/or meetings and events on site.
- Answer and redirect telephone calls and emails as appropriate.
- Set up and manage meeting rooms.
The ideal candidate will

- Be a self-starter with experience in a customer-facing role (Customer service skills are essential).
- Possess excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Be proficient in business administration and able to work independently or in a team setting.
