We are recruiting for Senior Community Coordinator to join our fantastic Rapport team, based on Regent Street and St James. Our client is a global leading property management company. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fun, ever-growing team.
The Senior Community Coordinator is responsible for assisting our Community Managers with all members' spaces and is the secondary point of contact for all customers. You will play a part in pioneering success in a caring, dynamic, and exciting business environment. Your role involves leading member engagement, events, and driving revenue and retention through personal and creative means, alongside the Community Managers and in collaboration with our Community buildings.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, with flexibility in hours if out-of-hours service is required)

Main Responsibilities
- Be instrumental in creating a collaborative community environment amongst all members, clients, and service providers.
- Work closely with teams within our Community buildings on members' engagement and customer care.
- Achieve excellent day-to-day services, ensuring all customers are supported professionally, building strong relationships, and meeting procedures.
- Ensure the building is fully operational, and processes run smoothly in the absence of Community Managers.
- Update and communicate procedures to the team as required.
- Identify the needs of potential and current members and recommend tailored solutions with support from Community Managers & General Manager.
- Proactively deal with enquiries and requests via in person, telephone, or email in a timely manner.
- Monitor service delivery standards of the Community Team in the absence of Community Managers to ensure excellence and consistency.
- Maintain awareness of business activity and communicate updates to relevant personnel.
