We’re seeking a Reception Team Leader to join our dynamic team in a central London office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, welcoming everyone with confidence, warmth, and professionalism. You will also lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver smooth, high‑quality guest experiences every day.
Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week, Monday–Friday on a shift rota between 7 AM – 7 PM
Salary: ÂŁ34,000 to ÂŁ36,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing
- Leading a small team of receptionists and acting as the primary contact for building operations
- Delivering outstanding guest experiences and service in line with company standards
- Keeping up‑to‑date with building activities and advising your team accordingly
- Managing enquiries professionally across phone, email, and in person
- Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and cleaning requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Communicating effectively with management to address ongoing or potential challenges
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience leading a team in a reception or front‑of‑house environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Passionate about delivering excellent service and inspiring your team to do the same
- Adaptable, organised, proactive, and process‑driven, with a “can‑do” attitude
- Professional, approachable, and confident in all interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business administration
- Able to work independently under pressure while managing time effectively
