Reception Manager for the UK and Ireland – based in the City of London. Oversee client services across multiple locations for a rapidly expanding global American banking and financial services corporation. Enhance client experiences by empowering Rapport Ambassadors and ensuring service delivery aligns with our client's values.

Hours: 40 per week (Monday‑Friday)
Salary: £42,000 per annum, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day‑to‑day operations across multiple UK & Ireland sites
- Deliver exceptional client and VIP visitor experiences
- Recruit, train, develop and retain high‑performing teams
- Ensure consistent service standards, procedures and compliance across all locations
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support business objectives and operational excellence
- Manage team performance, scheduling, reporting and development
- Support events and maintain effective communication across teams
- Act as deputy to the EMEA Client Service Manager when required
