Contract type: Part‑time, Permanent. Hours: 32 per week (Tue–Thu, flexible Monday or Friday if needed). Salary: £22,500 per annum.

Main Responsibilities
- Customer Experience & Engagement: Provide a warm welcome, assist in meetings, maintain high service standards, and build strong client relationships.
- Operational Support: Ensure smooth daily operations, complete floor walks and audits, and proactively take on ad‑hoc duties and projects.
- Technology & Event Support: Oversee the full event process for onsite events, including the use of our in‑house event management system; troubleshoot, resolve equipment and technical issues.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment, adhere to company/site policies, and undergo Fire Warden and First Aid training.
- Space & Occupancy Management: Capture occupancy data, conduct daily census, and support space utilisation initiatives.
- Flexibility & Collaboration: Adapt to changing tasks and work closely with the client and team.
