Reception Manager for the UK and Ireland – based in the City of London. Oversee client services across multiple locations for a rapidly expanding global American banking and financial services corporation. Enhance client experiences by empowering Rapport Ambassadors and ensuring service delivery aligns with our client's values.

Type of contract: Full‑time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday‑Friday)

Salary: £42,000 per annum, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day‑to‑day operations across multiple UK & Ireland sites
  • Deliver exceptional client and VIP visitor experiences
  • Recruit, train, develop and retain high‑performing teams
  • Ensure consistent service standards, procedures and compliance across all locations
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support business objectives and operational excellence
  • Manage team performance, scheduling, reporting and development
  • Support events and maintain effective communication across teams
  • Act as deputy to the EMEA Client Service Manager when required
