Overview
Role: Corporate Mobile Receptionist | Location: Scotland and Newcastle | Contract type: Full-time, Permanent | Hours: 40 per week (Monday–Friday, with a shift rota between 7 AM and 9 PM; flexibility required based on business needs). Opportunities for overtime and weekend work available upon request and based on business availability.
Responsibilities
- Fulfilling multiple roles across the Rapport portfolio (e.g., receptionist, concierge, lobby host, helpdesk)
- Addressing guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring all needs are met efficiently
- Professionally managing all incoming and outgoing calls
- Collaborating with other departments and service providers to create a unified approach to guest satisfaction
- Remaining flexible and adaptable in response to changing duties and potential shift or location adjustments
Ideal candidate
