The Global Services Coordinator supports Events, Front of House, Service Desk, and Facilities functions across multiple sites. The role works closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain high operational standards, and support efficient booking and reporting processes.

- Hours: 40 per week (Monday‑Friday, shift rota basis between 8AM and 7PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to Events and related functions
- Coordinate global events and ensure accuracy across systems
- Support Back‑of‑House operations, including event coordination and logistics
- Maintain and update booking systems ensuring data accuracy
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, conflicts, and operational issues
- Support reporting, MI packs, and performance tracking
- Assist with system updates, changes, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and best practice
- Maintain documentation, processes, and operational records
- Support continuous improvement of booking systems and service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in reservations, event planning or coordination
- Proficient in business administration
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously
- Experience using event management software programs
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills on all levels
- Flexibility to work non‑standard hours as required by event schedules
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- High level of attention to detail
