Overview

Front Desk Manager – Corporate Guest Services at a prestigious global client in Central London. £45,000 salary plus performance-based bonus. 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with flexibility.

Full-time, permanent contract.

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front and set the tone for exceptional service in a fast-paced front-of-house environment.
  • Be the first point of contact for guests, clients, and employees; deliver an unforgettable welcome and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
  • Work hands-on at the desk, coach the team daily, and maintain impeccable service standards.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest journey and operational efficiency.
  • Motivate and develop the team to consistently exceed expectations.
  • Uphold the prestige and reputation of the client brand at every interaction.
