If you enjoy variety and a fast‑paced working style, our Corporate Receptionist (Mobile) role could be the perfect fit. You’ll be joining our dynamic Network Team, a collaborative group that supports more than 100 client locations by providing seamless cover during holidays, training, and other operational absences. Full training on all systems and processes will be provided before you step onto any site, ensuring you feel confident and prepared. Type of contract: Full‑time, permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, with a shift rota between 7 AM and 9 PM; flexibility required based on business needs). Opportunities for overtime and weekend work available upon request and based on business availability.

Location: This position requires travel across multiple locations throughout London and the M25, including the West End, the City, Canary Wharf, and Greater London.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide versatile front‑of‑house support across the Rapport portfolio, including reception, concierge, lobby hosting, and helpdesk functions.
  • Handle guest enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing calls with confidence and a high standard of professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service partners to deliver a seamless, high‑quality guest journey.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as responsibilities evolve, including adjustments to shifts or work locations.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Communicate confidently with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and similar software tools.
