We’re pleased to be recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team at a newly appointed client site in the City of London, 40 Leadenhall. The position is offered on a 9‑month fixed‑term maternity cover basis.

Type of contract: Full‑time, 9‑month fixed‑term contract.

Hours: 40 per week (Monday‑Friday; shift rota basis between 7AM‑7PM with some flexibility as per business needs).

Salary: £35,000 pro rata.

Main Responsibilities

The Guest Services Ambassador is responsible for overseeing all ground‑floor reception and lobby hosting across 40 Leadenhall, ensuring every visitor receives a warm, professional, and seamless welcome. The role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression of the building, maintaining high service standards, and supporting a smooth arrival experience for all guests.
