Job Introduction

Rapport is recruiting a Front of House Meeting and Events Coordinator who is passionate about delivering great service to our clients and their visitors. We are looking for a creative and engaging colleague to join our award-winning, innovative Front of House team at one of our most prestigious client sites in Leeds.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7am to 7pm, with flexibility to cover evening functions.

Main Responsibilities

The role involves but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

  1. To provide a warm, courteous, and prompt response to telephone enquiries.
  2. To respond in a timely and professional manner to all email correspondence.
  3. To ensure correct booking details are taken from bookers and recorded accurately in the room booking system.
  4. To have a full understanding of the room capacities, facilities, and set-up options to maximize the space available on the meeting room floors.
  5. To have a full understanding of the hospitality provision in the client meeting rooms, including the Restaurant and Private Dining Room menu options.
  6. To liaise and communicate with other team members and service departments to ensure service delivery and teamwork.
