We're looking for an experienced Floor Host Supervisor to join the Rapport family at one of our flagship client locations in the heart of Canary Wharf. You will join a diverse team of 17 Rapport Ambassadors with a proven track record of achieving the highest levels of client service, giving you an amazing opportunity to learn and develop.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coach and support a team of three Floor Hosts, ensuring consistently high service standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes and implementing new ways of working.
  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the office floors, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well-presented workplace.
  • Act as the escalation point for workplace enquiries and coordinate with Facilities to resolve maintenance and service issues.
  • Conduct regular floor walks and audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, stock levels and meeting room readiness.
  • Support office moves, workspace planning, desk bookings and building relocation projects.
  • Oversee workplace amenities, refreshments and administrative services to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Gather employee feedback to identify opportunities to enhance workplace services.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and provide leadership as the evening point of contact until 8pm when required.

  • Have previous experience as a Floor Host Supervisor or in a similar workplace hospitality leadership role.
  • Have proven experience leading and developing a team.

  • Be proactive, organised and take ownership of their work.
