Rapport Guest Services is hiring a Fine Dining Events Ambassador to join our team at one of Rapport's most prestigious contracts in Canary Wharf.
The client is one of the Big Four leading audit and accounting firms.
You will play a crucial role in delivering award‑winning service to our clients and their guests.

- Provide discreet, personalised support to VIP guests with care and confidence.
- Welcome and guide guests, offering a warm and professional experience throughout.
- Manage bookings from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
- Coordinate closely with the catering team to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
- Respond to guest inquiries swiftly and knowledgeably.
