Rapport Guest Services is seeking an Events & AV Coordinator in Greater London to join a dynamic team.

You will lead front-of-house experiences, coordinate meeting room setups and AV support, and help manage office events from planning to delivery.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a shift rota between 7 AM and 7 PM.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and a proactive, flexible approach.
