Join to apply for the Corporate Receptionist Recruitment Event on Saturday the 17th of January 2026, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Rapport is recruiting Corporate Receptionists and Client Services Ambassadors who are passionate about delivering great service to our clients and their visitors.
Shortlisted applicants will be offered an appointment slot, so please keep an eye out for the invitation (check your junk folder). We are recruiting for various contracts with offices in the West End, Canary Wharf, St James' and the City of London. We have both static roles, where you will be permanently based at the same site, and "network" roles, where you will cover roles at a number of different sites. Please note: this is invite only as there are a limited number of spaces.
Type of contract: Permanent, Full‑time
Hours: 40 per week (Monday‑Friday)
Holiday allowance: 20 days + bank holidays

Main Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all clients and customers arriving at the building.
- Meet, greet, and assist with all queries and/or meetings and events on site.
- Answer and redirect telephone calls and emails as appropriate.
- Set up and manage meeting rooms.

- Be a self‑starter with experience in a customer‑facing role (customer service skills essential).
