We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team, based in London. You'll oversee the front-of-house operations on the ground floor, greeting visitors upon arrival, coordinating check-ins, managing administrative duties, and ensuring a welcoming lobby environment. This is located in one of our busiest buildings, so perfect for someone looking for a highly dynamic and customer engaging role.

You will be working alongside a team of 4 Receptionists across 2 buildings. However, our contract extends across Victoria and London city, meaning you would be part of a team of approximately 40 Rapport Ambassadors.

Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 8 per week (Fridays, shift rota basis between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with flexibility as per business needs)

Salary: £6,774 per annum

Main responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm and professional welcome to every guest, ensuring they feel acknowledged and valued from the moment they arrive. All interactions should consistently reflect the standards and values of the brand.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the building's facilities and services in order to confidently advise, direct, and assist guests with any queries or navigation within the premises.
  • Ensure that all guest and attendee details are accurately pre-registered in the system.
  • Proactively follow up on any bookings missing names or key information to ensure a smooth arrival process on the day.
  • Handle all enquiries and service requests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner, whether received in person, over the phone, or via email, providing clear and helpful responses in line with professional standards.
  • Provide operational support across various buildings as needed, adapting to changing demands and maintaining a consistent level of service and professionalism throughout each location.

  • Have passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do.
  • Preferably have previous experience in front-of-house within a luxury hotel, premium airlines, or a corporate business environment.
