We're on the lookout for a remarkable Guest Services Ambassador to become part of our vibrant 12-person team. Serving as the first impression for employees and visitors alike, you will be instrumental in delivering a sophisticated, top-tier experience that reflects our passion for exceptional hospitality and distinctive guest care. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a natural ability to foster a warm yet elegant environment.

In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, your adaptability and teamwork will be essential. As the welcoming face of our front-of-house, your foresight and dedication to going above and beyond will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and leave every guest with a memorable experience.

Type of Contract: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 24 hours per week, 3 days per week with flexibility as per business needs (Monday to Thursday, on a shift rota between 7 AM and 7 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area, monitor supplies, and promptly report any maintenance issues.
  • Greet and assist all guests and clients promptly with professionalism, eye contact, and a warm, friendly manner.
  • Respond quickly and courteously to enquiries and requests received by phone, email, or in person, providing knowledgeable support.
  • Manage visitor registration, track unregistered guests, and coordinate smooth handovers between staff members.
  • Support concierge functions such as booking services, transport requests, and offering local recommendations.
  • Provide regular updates and refreshments to guests waiting in the lounge, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Stay informed about team members, building events, and available facilities to guide visitors effectively.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and cross-training programs, cover shifts as necessary during absences.
  • Follow safety, security, and fire protocols carefully, ensuring thorough communication during shift handovers.
