Rapport is recruiting Corporate Receptionists and Guest Service Ambassadors who are passionate about delivering excellent service to our clients and their visitors. These roles are permanent, full‑time positions available in the West End, Canary Wharf, St James' and the City of London. Some positions are static, permanently based at one site, while others are network roles that cover multiple sites.

Employment Details

  • Contract type: Permanent, Full‑time.
  • Hours: 40 per week (Monday‑Friday).
  • Holiday allowance: 20 days plus bank holidays.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all clients and customers arriving at the building.
  • Meet, greet and assist with queries and with meetings and events on site.
  • Answer and redirect telephone calls and emails as appropriate.
  • Set up and manage meeting rooms.
