Position Overview: Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team, based in London Victoria. Responsible for the ground floor reception, you will be the first point of contact for all guests entering the building, conducting visitor check‑in, administration, and lobby hosting. You will work across three buildings within the shift, all within close proximity. The contract covers Victoria and London city, and you will be part of a team of approximately 40 Rapport Ambassadors. Contract: Part‑time, Permanent. Hours: 25 per week (Monday‑Friday, shift rota basis between 10AM–3PM). Salary: £21,169 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent guest service and welcome, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner in line with brand standards.
  • Maintain awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately.
  • Ensure all attendees are pre‑registered and bookings without names are reconfirmed on the day.
  • Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support different buildings, depending on the demand of the operation.

  • Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders, including internal, external and VIPs.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a large team.
  • Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering excellent guest service in everything you do.
  • Preferably previous experience in front‑of‑house within a luxury hotel, premium airlines, or a corporate business environment.
