Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team based in one of our client's sites in Bristol. Our client is a multinational professional services network, and one of the Big Four accounting organisations. In this role, you will work independently in a small office environment, so strong organisational and multitasking skills are required.

Type of contract: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 24 per week (Tuesday-Thursday; shift rota basis between 8 AM and 5 PM, with occasional support with events, finish time around 9pm)

Salary: £16,411 per annum

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests in a warm and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
  • Signing in visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or meeting room, ensuring their comfort.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages, and providing information to callers.
  • Handling the reception and administrative tasks to ensure seamless client journey.
  • Managing meeting room bookings and appointment calendars.
  • Assisting with general office support (e.g., photocopying, scanning, and faxing).
