Opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our award-winning, multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy, based out of our Cheltenham office, Pressworks, GL50 3LH.
We are seeking a new colleague to work with us part-time, 0.6 FTE or so. This position could be the backbone to your freelance portfolio or maybe high quality work alongside caring responsibilities. Days and hours open to discussion and agreement and we need your input for about 3 days a week.

Your Day-to-day Work With Us Will Include:
- Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues, share your expertise, and work with key stakeholders to bring high‑quality, visually striking solutions to life.
- Create high quality design work that aligns with the company's values, priorities, and strategic objectives.
- Help the ongoing build of a library of marketing and business development collateral that stands out from the competition.
- Typical design projects include: Brochureware and client facing collateral, digital graphics, e.g. image assets for LinkedIn, bespoke reports and ‘vision’ docs, promotional artwork, advertising collateral, event graphics, PowerPoint presentation design.
- Articulate design concepts clearly to team members and broader internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and ensuring cohesive project outcomes.
- Work closely with teammates and key stakeholders to ensure project goals and visual communication is clear, effective and on brand.
- Bring your voice and invaluable creative perspectives to help shape broader marketing outputs, including our ongoing audio-visual content marketing plans.
- Support the ongoing visual communication needs of internal steering groups, such as our Wellbeing Committee, ‘Research at Rappor’ unit, and our ESG working group.
- Be hands‑on and willing to jump in to give creative guidance and support whenever needed.
- Act as an internal brand guardian and point of reference for internal and external stakeholders.
