Opportunity for an Associate Acoustic Consultant to join our growing, multidisciplinary team in Manchester. In this role you will be working directly with our national discipline leader and in the thick of the growth and development of our Acoustic Consultancy service and the Manchester/Northwest region.
The role and requirements:
- Project manage small to large acoustic projects, from inception through to implementation.
- Financially manage projects from drafting fee proposals through to invoicing.
- Generate regular project enquiries resulting in monthly appointments.
- Assist with the day‑to‑day mentoring or management of junior staff members and provide support with technical queries from colleagues.
- Preparation of technical outputs, such as noise assessments.
- Liaise with stakeholders, external project team members and clients.
- Represent the company at meetings, inquiries, public consultations and exhibitions.
- Undertake site visits.
- Actively carry out business development for the company.
- Identify opportunities for growth within new sectors and project locations.
- Identify candidates for recruitment and interview.
