We are seeking a new colleague to work with us part-time, 0.6 FTE or so. This position could be the backbone to your freelance portfolio or maybe high quality work alongside caring responsibilities. Days and hours are open to discussion and agreement, and we need your input for about 3 days a week.

Our four values include ‘living our best life’ and ‘celebrating our team’, and we provide loads of opportunities to do just that. Recent external recognition for this includes Gold Investors in People ‘We Invest in Wellbeing’ Accreditation and ‘Best Place to Work’ Winners, SoGlos Gloucestershire Business Awards.

Your day-to-day work with us will include:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues, share your expertise, and work with key stakeholders to bring high‑quality, visually striking solutions to life.
  • Create high quality design work that aligns with the company's values, priorities, and strategic objectives.
  • Help the ongoing build of a library of marketing and business development collateral that stands out from the competition.
  • Typical design projects include: Brochureware and client facing collateral, digital graphics, e.g. image assets for LinkedIn, bespoke reports and ‘vision’ docs, promotional artwork, advertising collateral, event graphics, PowerPoint presentation design.
  • Articulate design concepts clearly to team members and broader internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and ensuring cohesive project outcomes.
  • Work closely with teammates and key stakeholders to ensure project goals and visual communication is clear, effective and on brand.
  • Bring your voice and invaluable creative perspectives to help shape broader marketing outputs, including our ongoing audio‑visual content marketing plans.
  • Support the ongoing visual communication needs of internal steering groups, such as our Wellbeing Committee, ‘Research at Rappor’ unit, and our ESG working group.
  • Be hands‑on and willing to jump in to give creative guidance and support whenever needed.
  • Act as an internal brand guardian and point of reference for internal and external stakeholders.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Motivated by our values and the space we work in.
  • Gained relevant/related experience and preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Conscientious and accurate.
  • The Right to Work in the UK (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future).

Rewarding you:

  • Industry‑leading annual leave: 25 days, plus your birthday, plus the period between Christmas and New Year, and an additional day for every three years’ service up to an additional five days (all pro‑rata for part‑time).
  • 4% contribution towards your company pension.
  • Life assurance.
  • Access to the Company’s wellbeing package, including a Cycle2work scheme, paid charity days, Employee Assistance Program (providing you with immediate and confidential help for any work, health or life matters) and social events throughout the year.

We believe in equity throughout the business and welcome applications from all backgrounds. We know diverse teams are stronger, and we’ve built Rappor to be a place where everyone belongs.
