Opportunity for a Project Support Administrator to join our award winning, multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy, based out of our Cheltenham office, Pressworks, GL50 3LH.
The opportunity is to play an important part in our collective efficiency, as we deliver work through a new project management system called CMap. Your attention to detail and making sure high-quality data goes in and comes out at the right points in time will be key to success, and you’ll need to communicate effectively across the company to do this. Your day-to-day work with us will include:
- Input and maintain information on the company’s project management system (CMap), including the creation and archiving of projects and keeping contact information relevant in the CRM.
- Generate and issue project invoices to clients from CMap.
- Liaise directly with clients to resolve invoice queries.
- Update current fee trackers and create new client fee trackers where necessary to assist with invoicing procedures.
- Participate in weekly team meetings.
- Monitor and keep the team outlook inbox up to date.
- Generate project reports in CMap for PMs to assist with financial management and invoice scheduling.
- File and archive project information on the company’s document management system (SharePoint).
- Organise payments for third party costs and ensure they have been recorded against the project.
- Regularly engage in and support system and process improvements.
- Support the finance team with any credit control matters.
- Take and distribute minutes of meetings when required.
- Regular business travel between Rappor offices.
- Monitor and escalate office matters to office management.

- You’ll have gained relevant/related experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Conscientious and accurate.
- The Right to Work in the UK (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future).
