What we expect you to achieve in this role as part of Rappor:
- Complete the Level 3 Civil Engineering Technician Apprenticeship.
- With the support of senior colleagues, help us deliver drainage strategies and engineering reports, preliminary highway designs, drainage and external works designs, ground modelling, signage design, S104, S278 and S38 drawings, development access layouts, catchment plans and visibility splays.
- Undertake site visits with colleagues.
- Assist with marketing exercises when required, such as providing content for the company website and social media channels.
- Complete work within given time frames.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts in a timely manner to achieve work objectives.
- Carry out general administration as required.
- Positively represent Rappor at all times.
- Be flexible about job and task assignments.
- Ask for help when needed.
- Be open to constructive feedback.
- Be self‑motivated and reliable.
- Share ideas for improvement.
- Aspiring to become a Civil Engineer, to work on development projects, and shape the built environment.

Requirements:
- At least 5 GCSEs at Grades 9 – 5, including English, Mathematics and Science or their equivalent.
- The Right to Work in the UK (we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future).
