THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our People Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their first or second HR role OR who has recently studied a HR Degree and looking to get their first industry experience. In this role, you will support the employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, HR systems management, and day-to-day HR administration. You’ll need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Specific Responsibilities
- Managing employee lifecycle processes, including issuing contracts, right-to-work checks, onboarding, probation tracking, leaver documentation, and exit interviews.
- Supporting contractual changes, including fixed-term contracts (FTCs) and contingent workers.
- Conducting weekly HR inductions for new employees.
- Maintaining and updating the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and managing the People Team inbox.
- Assisting with internal employee engagement initiatives, such as the “Superconnector” awards scheme.
- Supporting and contributing to HR projects and process improvements.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Either an internship or work experience in a HR role OR a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- A friendly, proactive, and adaptable approach to work.
