THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, who’s comfortable leading complex projects or workstreams and understanding dependencies of other initiatives outside of their direct influence. As a Superconnector within their portfolio, they understand how to get the best out of the RAPP team for clients and are quick to react to opportunities and threats. They're able to handle and challenge feedback across data, technology and creative. They’re an excellent team player who takes pride in sharing knowledge and experiences with those more junior, whilst always looking to develop and extend their own learning.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- This role is for a financial services account, working across Digital Performance and CRM
- You’ll be working on digital performance channels (including display and social), web and CRM campaigns across the UK part of Barclays. Delivering innovative creative and strategic work from conception to production
- Data, insights and performance is at the heart of what we do and you’ll be working with our data strategy, strategy and analytics teams. This is a fantastic account to continue to hone your skills in delivering effective, end to end customer journeys.
- Working within a client partnership team of 8, a PM team of 6 and a wider multi-discipline team across strategy, analytics, creative, development and transformation.
- This account partners with our sister media agency OMD and this role will be required to work closely with the media team across briefing and responses – we work together as one agency
- You’ll also get to work with inter-agency groups across social, PR, and ATL agencies.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Currently in a Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role with fantastic client relationship skills, experience with delivering interesting and effective campaigns.
- Digital experience is a must (CRM is an added bonus)
