Job Purpose/Specification:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Surveyor, to join our Commercial team in our London office for intake in September 2026. As part of your graduate programme (year one) we offer a great opportunity to work within other divisions such as our Residential, Planning, and Building Consultancy. We offer a broad range of experience which will support the successful candidate to achieve MRICS surveyor status. Our Commercial Teams act for a variety of national, local and regional occupiers, tenants and landlords on all property matters across the entire UK via our network of offices. We provide a comprehensive range of professional, agency and valuation services and have an unrivalled track record of servicing large scale portfolios for key organisations within the sector as well as smaller companies and individuals with single assets.
You will ideally have a little bit of experience, so you can hit the ground running in assisting passionate professionals and provide a collaborative culture that enables people to thrive.
Attending client meetings alongside colleagues
Supporting with Rent review, lease renewal and valuation work
Following Support
- Unaccompanied site inspections / viewings.
- Area tours to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
- Data capture and analysis.
