Job Purpose
Our General Practice Team acts for a range of both landlord and tenant clients with a full range of commercial services including disposals/acquisitions, negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease regears. We also undertake red book and non-red book valuations as required. The role will primarily include L&T and Valuation work but with some agency involvement. The successful candidate will service existing clients but will also be expected to generate new business.
Key responsibilities include
- Negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease regears
- Acting as Expert Witness at rent reviews and lease renewal disputes
- Undertaking red book and non-red book valuations as required
- Dealing with disposal and acquisition projects
- Building relationships with existing clients and targeting new clients/instructions
- Attending meetings with clients and the lease advisory team
- Detailed report writing
