We now have exciting opportunities for surveying professionals in our Commercial Division. This is a truly exciting time to join the business as we undertake our new growth and development plans. The roles are offered on a hybrid basis, with a mixture of office and home working.
Job Purpose: We have a number of exciting roles currently available within our London Commercial team, principally dealing with operational real estate. Successful candidates will service a range of clients and will – according to seniority – also be expected to generate new business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prosecuting investment transactions
- Providing investment advisory services
- Offering development advice and market reviews
- Undertaking operator searches, in respect of new leases or management agreements
- Building relationships with existing clients and targeting new clients/instructions
- Attending meetings with clients
Person Specification:
- Experienced in the delivery of transactional and general practice services
- High degree of IT literacy
- Self-motivated and can work autonomously
