This role is UK based remote with travel to UK and EU locations.
We are seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality operator and service training across the UK and EU, with occasional global assignments. This role involves both classroom-based and hands-on instruction across a broad portfolio of Rapiscan products and technologies. Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and internal service personnel. Conduct training sessions in the UK, EU, and other international locations as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Rapiscan products and technologies to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Review and update training materials, including user manuals and presentations. Manage training records, student feedback, and related administrative documentation. Collaborate effectively within a diverse, team-oriented environment. Apply strong project management and presentation skills to resolve complex issues. Provide ongoing feedback on training improvements and customer insights. Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years experience delivering technical training in both classroom and hands-on settings. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on engagement and clarity. Demonstrated ability to facilitate hands-on learning effectively. Willingness and ability to travel internationally and obtain necessary travel documentation. Flexibility to work across time zones, including attending early morning or late-night virtual meetings. Commitment to reporting quality issues and contributing to continuous improvement.
