We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of our training SaaS solutions across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact role suited to a strategic sales professional with strong experience in training solutions, aviation security (AVSEC), and regulatory-led sales environments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy across AVSEC and non-AVSEC market verticals to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Identify, engage, and convert high-value opportunities, including C-suite and government stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, airports, civil aviation authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead bid and tender responses, ensuring alignment with regulatory and funding requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to aviation regulators, aligning solutions with evolving compliance frameworks.
  • Articulate the value of Rapiscan’s training and SaaS solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling training solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in AVSEC training with strong industry knowledge.
  • Proven experience working with international aviation regulators (e.g. ICAO, CAA, EASA).
  • Experience working with government stakeholders and funding frameworks.
  • Background in airport screener standards, image analysis, and CBT is advantageous.
  • Experience selling training software or compliance solutions is a strong plus.
