Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and professional Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This pivotal role supports the Sales Team in achieving targets and meeting deadlines by ensuring accurate and timely order processing while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone with prior sales administration experience. You will interact with Sales Managers, Directors, and multiple departments across our global organization. Direct customer contact will be required to handle enquiries and resolve order-related issues, so a confident, polite, and professional manner is essential. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Export Sales Managers and Directors from initial enquiry through quotation, order processing, and after-sales care.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve technical queries and ensure smooth order processing.
- Manage amendments, cancellations, and problem-solving for sales orders.
- Coordinate with Sales Operations and logistics teams to update customers and distributors on order status.
- Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Assist with tenders and prepare basic quotations.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient in using computer-based systems; CRM experience is advantageous (training provided).
- Confident in generating quotations using in-house systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a sales office environment preferred.
