The Role: We’re seeking an experienced Quality Technician to lead final quality acceptance testing and ensure our products meet the highest standards. You will support inspections from goods receipt through build, assembly, and final test, using advanced metrology tools and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead final acceptance testing, inspections, and IVT verification.
  • Complete and approve test/inspection reports.
  • Perform goods-inward and in‑process inspections, including radiation surveys and software checks.
  • Use CMM, FARO Arm, and other precision measurement equipment.
  • Maintain inspection records and support internal audits.
  • Manage non‑conformance, MRB activities, and corrective actions.
  • Support calibration processes and quality improvements.
  • Contribute to inspection and control plans.

About You:

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Quality Technician/Inspector in electromechanical manufacturing.
  • Strong ability to read mechanical/electrical engineering drawings.
  • Experience with CMM, FARO Arm, and general metrology tools.
  • Comfortable following detailed test procedures.
  • IT proficient (Office365); ERP/MRP experience (D365 preferred).
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 and quality processes (MRB, COPQ, non‑conformance).
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, proactive communicator.
