Job Overview

Rapiscan Systems is seeking a Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will support Stores operations, including booking in, kitting, packing, distribution, and inventory control of stock, while collaborating with planning, production, and procurement teams to meet lean manufacturing objectives and customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries.
  • Book and locate materials into the stock management system.
  • Controlled issue of stock and picking material kits for project and production assembly teams.
  • Monitor stock movements using D365 and maintain FIFO principles.
  • Maintain Kanban system and perform cyclic counting.
  • Load and unload goods using forklift trucks.
