We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and play a key role in transforming innovative designs into efficient, scalable manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities: Drive production readiness for new and existing products Develop and maintain Work Instructions, SOPs, and Safe Working Practices Manage Production BOMs and engineering change processes (ECR/ECN) Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams throughout the product lifecycle Lead Continuous Improvement , Lean Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 initiatives Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and Design for Manufacture (DFM) Identify opportunities for automation, process optimisation, and cost reduction Provide technical support across Production, Service, Sales, and Customer Support functions Qualifications: Experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or similar engineering role Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles Experience with NPI, Design for Manufacture, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement Knowledge of ERP systems (D365 preferred) and production data analysis Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Degree-qualified in Engineering (or equivalent experience) Knowledge of GD&T, CAD, and PLM systems is advantageous If you're passionate about manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, and bringing cutting-edge technology to life, we'd love to hear from you. #ManufacturingEngineer #EngineeringJobs #LeanManufacturing #NPI #MechanicalEngineering #ProductionEngineering #RapiscanSystems #Hiring
